Tour registrations received after September 10th will require a deposit of $2050.00.

A second deposit of $1050 will be required by October 1st 2012.
Third Deposit of $900 will be required by October 15th 2012.
Final payment is due by December 5th 2012
(Final invoice will be sent out by 25Oct2012).
Travel Protection Plan: Covers Trip Cancellation, Medical, Baggage. Based on total tour cost and age. Must be paid within 21 days of initial tour deposit, cannot be added later. Ask for quote and details!

To pay by credit card, please click on the "Register Online" link. (The online registration company charges a service fee in addition to the tour fee.)
Cancellation:
Cancellations received in writing after September 15 will be refunded $500 from their $2050 deposit payments.
Cancellation received in writing from September 16th-September 30, based upon on their deposits payments of $3100 would be refunded $500.00.
Cancellation received in writing from October 1-December 5, based upon on their deposits payments of $4000 would be receive no refund.
If cancellation becomes necessary the above refunds would be acknowledged. If a sharing person drops out, he/she is responsible for the resulting single room supplement cost to the remaining room partner, unless a new share person can be founds that suits the remaining room partner.
No refunds after December 14th.
Final payment is due by December 5th.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations. All prices are contingent upon exchange rates current at the time of final payment.
In case of currency fluctuations be sure to verify final amount due prior to making payment. Prices are guaranteed in dollars once payment in full has been received.
Deviation / Change Fee:
Your travel package has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated prices when traveling as a group.
A fee of $200.00 per person will apply per deviation or change from the published program, plus the extra costs of new or changed services.
If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or ground arrangements which are subject to cancellation charges, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee (this occurs likely within 30 days of departure when air tickets and other travel documents have been issued).
Trip Insurance:
Optional Travel Protection Plan is available which covers your moneys paid if you must cancel or interrupt your trip for medical reasons. Must be paid within 21 days of the initial tour deposit, cannot be added later. Cost based on length of tour and on age of participant. Ask for quote and details!
