Everyone will be sleeping in 2-3 person polar tents.
The Single or Double Occupancy option is just for the hotels in Punta Arenas.
- If camping is not approved the prices will be as follows:
Price: $5,950 Single Occupancy, $5,550 Double Occupancy.
- International airfare from USA - Punta Arenas NOT included - contact us for air travel from your home town to Chile.
- A reciprocity tax is charged on arrival for passports holders of the US ($160 USD), Canada ($132 USD).
- Any new tax imposed by any government agency. All taxes are subject to change.
- USA-international air fare available; ask for details.

Travel Protection Plan Required: Covers Trip Cancellation, Medical, Baggage. Based on total tour cost and age. Must be paid within 21 days of initial tour deposit, cannot be added later. Ask for quote and details!

To pay by credit card, please click on the "Register Online" link. (The online registration company charges a service fee in addition to the tour fee.)
Cancellation received in writing after August 31, 2014 and before October 31, 2014 will have a cancellation fee of $4000.00.
NO refund applies to cancellations after October 31, 2014.
If cancellation becomes necessary the above refunds would be acknowledged. If a sharing person drops out, he/she is responsible for the resulting single room supplement cost to the remaining room partner, unless a new share person can be founds that suits the remaining room partner.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations. All prices are contingent upon exchange rates current at the time of final payment.
In case of currency fluctuations be sure to verify final amount due prior to making payment. Prices are guaranteed in dollars once payment in full has been received.
Deviation / Change Fee:
Your travel package has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated prices when traveling as a group.
A fee of $200.00 per person will apply per deviation or change from the published program, plus the extra costs of new or changed services.
If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or ground arrangements which are subject to cancellation charges, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee (this occurs likely within 30 days of departure when air tickets and other travel documents have been issued).
Travel Protection Plan is required covering travel, medical & evacuation Covers Trip Cancellation, Medical, Emergency Evacuation, Baggage.
(Must be purchased within 21 days of deposit in order to cover any pre-existing conditions)
KLE Travelex Insurance application will be sent on receipt of deposit. It is NOT optional.
