Kathy Loper Events is proud to announce our Inaugural tour of the Genghis Khan Marathon, Half Marathon, and MTB Adventure in Xiwuqi, Inner Mongolia,  China on Saturday July 7, 2018. 
 

The Genghis Khan Festival, first organized in 2007, consists of two different sports disciplines: mountain biking and cross country running. Mountain bikers are being offered a 3-day stage competition with a total length of approximately 200km, while runners get the chance of running a full marathon or half marathon distance off road. It is also possible to do both, and therefore compete for the crown of the King or Queen of the Grasslands. All competitions take place in the grasslands surrounding Xiwuqi town and cater for all levels of athletes as shorter distances are also available.
